A bold gin inspired by a remarkable man

My Great Grandfather was a man before his time. He was unafraid to push the boundaries, developing his own micro wind power station in the early 20th century. The bold and untamed attitude from the ‘MICHAELS’ that have gone before have inspired me to develop a bold and untamed gin, powdered by the local Gorse and Elderflower found in the hedgerows on our farm. Using wild botanicals infused with the water from our nearly 200 year old well, we arrive at a uniquely distinctive flavour with notes of coconut, pine, citrus and refreshingly light elderflower.

Follow our journey to being remarkable.
